Fee Schedule
At
American Eagle Home Inspections, we have a graduated fee schedule for
home inspections that varies depending on the type of home (single
family, townhome, condo, loft or coach home), the size (based on the
number of bedrooms and baths) and, to a lesser degree on some other
factors, such as age.
In addition to regular
home inspections, we offer pre-closing inspections on new homes,
follow-up (pre-closing) inspections on homes that we previously
inspected to make sure that all items were corrected and 11-month
warranty inspections on homes
